Watermelon Pie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. watermelon flavor jello (or any flavor)
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip topping (nondairy)
  • 1 (6 oz.) prepared graham cracker crust
  • additional whipped topping (for garnish)

Directions

    Stir water into jello in bowl 2 minutes until dissolved.

    Mix water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.

    Stir into jello to thicken. Remove any remaining ice.

    Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.

    Spoon into crust.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

    Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
