  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (both green and white), chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (add to taste)
  • 1 ripe lime, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced (add to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (add to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped
