- 1 ripe lime, juiced

- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced (add to taste)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (add to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped
