Watermelon Slush Punch

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. seedless watermelon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt or less
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 drops red food coloring
  • 7-Up

Directions

    Boil sugar and water until clear and sugar is dissolved; set aside.

    In blender, blend watermelon, salt, lemon juice, food coloring and lime juice.

    Add sugar syrup.

    Freeze at least 24 hours.

    Break into chunks and place in glasses.

    Pour 7-Up over chunks, blending in slush.
