  • 1 cup diced seedless watermelon (1/2 inch)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
