- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Cream oleo with sugar.

2Add vanilla until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 of the nuts.

3Blend in flour and remaining nuts.

4Shape into small balls on ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake in slow oven at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes.

6When cool, roll in powdered sugar. Yields 2 dozen.
