- 1 lb. crabmeat (backfin), well picked
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- white pepper and cayenne pepper
- 2 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. grated Gruyere cheese (save 1/4 c. for topping)
- Tabasco
Directions

1Blend all together.

2Fold in crab.

3Pour into greased casserole.

4Top with 1/4 cup Gruyere and heat until bubbly in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Yields 1 quart.
