Wedding Crab Dip

  • 1 lb. crabmeat (backfin), well picked
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream
  • white pepper and cayenne pepper
  • 2 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. grated Gruyere cheese (save 1/4 c. for topping)
  • Tabasco

Directions

    Blend all together.

    Fold in crab.

    Pour into greased casserole.

    Top with 1/4 cup Gruyere and heat until bubbly in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
