- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
- juice of 2 lemons, strained
- grated rind of 2 lemons
- juice of 2 oranges, strained
- grated rind of 2 oranges
Directions

1Mix cake according to directions except omit 3 tablespoons water.

2Drop by teaspoon into greased and floured miniature cupcake pans.

3Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.

4Combine remaining ingredients.

5Remove cakes when cooked and immediately drop cakes into mixture.

6When coated, remove from mixture with slotted spoon and place on wax paper.

7Makes 4 to 5 dozen.

8Serve warm or cold.
