- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 pkg. whole kernel corn
- 1 c. diced pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onions in skillet.

2Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.

3Cover and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

5Sprinkle with cheese.
