  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Place turkey bacon and potatoes in nonstick skillet.

    Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring frequently.

    Stir in onions and chili powder.

    Pour egg product evenly over potato mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

    Cover.

    Reduce heat to low.
