- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 egg or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 pkg. sweetener
- coconut flavoring to taste (may also use banana flavor)
- 1 slice diet bread
- nutmeg
Directions

1For each serving, combine skim milk and egg in deep bowl.

2Add sweetener and flavoring to taste and beat with rotary beater until mixed.

3Pour into individual Pyrex baking dish.

4Tear bread into small pieces; poke each one into the mixture.

5Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

6Place dish in pan with an inch of water and bake at 350° until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
