Weight Watchers Bread Pudding

  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 egg or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
  • 1 pkg. sweetener
  • coconut flavoring to taste (may also use banana flavor)
  • 1 slice diet bread
  • nutmeg

Directions

    For each serving, combine skim milk and egg in deep bowl.

    Add sweetener and flavoring to taste and beat with rotary beater until mixed.

    Pour into individual Pyrex baking dish.
  4. 4
    Tear bread into small pieces; poke each one into the mixture.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Place dish in pan with an inch of water and bake at 350° until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
