  • 1 box Shake and Bake, your choice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb. Veal, thin strips
  • Brown Gravy
  • Mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

    Cut veal into thin slices, dip in beaten egg and then into the bread topping, Shake and Bake. Bake in the oven at 350° until done. Mix a brown gravy packet per directions and add a can of mushrooms. Salt and Pepper to taste. After the veal is cooked pour gravy mixture over the veal and serve with mashed potatoes.
