- 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add cheese which has been cut into small pieces. Cook over hot water, stirring until cheese melts.

3Add salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

4Pour in milk, slowly.

5Add beaten eggs until mixture gets thick.

6Serve over toast.
