- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried mustard, salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large slices buttered toast
Directions

1Mix cornstarch with a little of milk.

2Bring rest of milk to boil and add the cornstarch and milk mixture; cook until bubbly and thickened.

3Remove from heat.

4Add grated cheese, margarine, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.

5Pour over buttered toast. Brown under broiler, if desired.

6Serves 1 or 2.
