  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 12 Tbsp. (3/4 c.) vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa.

    Add to dry ingredients the vegetable oil, vinegar, water and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
