- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt (may decrease)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 c. dry milk
- 2 1/2 c. wheat flour
- 2 c. white flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Combine oil, salt, sugar and dry milk; dissolve with yeast.

3Stir in wheat flour.

4Stir in white flour, adding the last cup a little at a time by kneading it into the dough.

5Let dough rise in bowl until double.

6Punch down and let rise again.

7Divide dough in 2 parts.

8Form loaves in greased bread pans.

9Let rise.
-
10Bake at 375° for about 1 hour.
