  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 4 or 4 1/2 c. white flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese

    Mix wheat flour,

    1 cup white flour together; set

    aside.

    Mix together

    water, milk, honey

    Heat thoroughly.

    all is melted, blended

    lukewarm, remove from heat and stir in the

    remaining flour. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour).
