- 3 egg yolks
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 1 pt. whipped cream
Directions

1Grease 8 x 8-inch square pan and line with wax paper.

2Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.

3Gradually add sugar, beating well.

4Add cocoa and vanilla, mixing until cocoa is blended.

5Beat 3 egg whites to form peaks; fold in egg mixture.

6Bake 22 minutes at 350°.

7Let cool 5 minutes.

8Spread heavy cream, then roll. Spread remainder of cream on top with shaved chocolate.
