  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. chilled whipping cream

Directions

    Heat all ingredients, except whipping cream, just to boiling, stirring constantly.

    Cool.

    Beat whipping cream in cold 1 1/2-quart bowl until stiff.

    Fold in egg mixture.

    This is the best over any fruit salad.
