  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • graham cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix milk, sugar, salt and egg yolks together and bring to a boil.

    Mix water with gelatine and stir in pudding mixture.
  3. 3
    Beat egg whites and fold in pudding.
  4. 4
    Beat cream and fold into mixture. Put graham crackers in bottom of pan.
  5. 5
    Pour pudding mixture in pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

    Chill until well set.
