  • 1 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup cooked diced potato
  • 1/2 cup cooked diced carrot Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon corn relish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 cups grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 sheets frozen shortcrust pastry
  • 1 beaten egg for glazing

Directions

    Cook the onion in a little oil until tender, add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Divide each sheet of pastry into 4 squares.

    Place 1/3 cup of mixture into the centre of the each square.

    Fold in the four corners to form a parcel.

    Place pasties onto a lightly floured scone tray and brush with egg.

    Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold.
