  • 4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. onions
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

    Grease a 1-quart baking dish.

    Make potatoes; stir well.

    Beat the cream cheese with fork.

    Stir into potatoes.

    Add egg, onion and parsley.
