White Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized cauliflower
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. pimento
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 (15 oz.) can green beans
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • paprika to taste
  • 1 c. milk or 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Wash and trim cauliflower.

    Break into flowers and cook for 10 minutes.

    Remove and drain.

    Place into casserole dish and add salt, pepper and margarine.

    Mix all other ingredients together, except Swiss cheese and add to casserole.

    If you use sour cream, do not use flour.

    Sprinkle grated cheese over top of casserole and bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes.
