White Chicken Spaghetti

  • 2 large cans of chunk chicken (or cook your own)
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box frozen chopped broccoli
  • Chicken broth or chicken stock if you cook your own chicken

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in chicken stock (broth). Reserve 1 c. for later.

    Drain spaghetti. Combine cheese, soup, milk and 1 c. of reserved stock until cheese is melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix chicken, broccoli, spaghetti and sauce together.

    Put in casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
