  • 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder, sifted with flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
