  • 150 grams white toblerone chocolate
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tbsp self raising flour or plain flour
  • 1 tbsp silky tofu (egg substitute )
  • 1 tbsp almond bits or slice
  • 1 tbsp almond slice and grated white toblerone chocolate

    butter and flour ramekin

    melt white chocolate and butter with flour then add silky tofu and almond mix well till smooth then pour into the ramekin and bake

    baked at 220 C / 440AF for 12 to 15 minute , cover with foil after 5 minute if the top is browning too quickly

    let it cool minimum 3 to 5 minute then serve top grated white chocolate and almond slice
