- 1 lb. white chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 3 c. pretzel sticks
- 1 c. salted peanuts
Directions

1Combine chocolate and shortening in top of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil.

2Reduce heat to low.

3Cook until chocolate melts.

4Pour chocolate mixture into a large mixing bowl.

5Stir in pretzels and peanuts.

6Spread into a buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

7Chill 20 minutes or until firm.

8Break into pieces.

9Store in an airtight container.

10Yields 1 1/2 pounds.
