- 1 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 4 c. broken pecans
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Mix small amount of flour into fruit and nut mixture; toss to coat and set aside. Add remaining flour to egg mixture. Stir in flavoring. Fold in fruits and nuts. Bake at 225° for 2 hours.
