  • 10 eggs
  • 2 lb. shelled pecans, chopped
  • 2 lb. white raisins
  • 1/2 lb. citron
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. dried figs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. butter
  • vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Cut all fruit fine.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake at moderate temperature until done.

    (I always put a pan of water in the oven to keep it from drying out.)
