- 1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed fine (any flavor)
- 2 eggs, mixed well
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Cut chicken in strips; dip in egg, then roll in potato chips.

3Have an oven pan ready, with the butter melted.

4After you roll the chicken in the chips, lay it in the pan.

5Put in oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.

6You can also use pork chops or tenderloin.
