- 1/2 c. Parkay butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 7 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. candied red and green cherries
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1 qt. or more pecans
Directions

1Use part of flour to coat chopped fruit and nuts. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Fold in remaining flour; add fruit and nuts. Bake in greased and floured cake pan at 250°, approximately 3 hours. Partly cool before removing from pan.
