  • 5 slices white bread, toasted
  • 3 1/4 cups water, divided
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Directions

    Remove and discard crusts from toast slices.

    Place toast in small bowl.

    Add 1 cup water; let stand 5 min.

    or until toast is softened.

    Place in blender.

    Add remaining water, dressing, cucumbers, nuts and pepper in blender; blend until smooth.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.
