- 2 envelopes plus 1 tsp. Knox unflavored gelatine
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 9 oz. container Cool Whip
Directions

1Dissolve gelatine in water.

2While this cools, cream sugar and cream cheese.

3Then beat in lemon juice, milk and vanilla.

4Add cooled gelatine to the cheese mixture.

5Fold in Cool Whip and put in greased jello mold.

6Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

7Serve with fresh fruit.
