Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes plus 1 tsp. Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 9 oz. container Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in water.

    While this cools, cream sugar and cream cheese.

    Then beat in lemon juice, milk and vanilla.

    Add cooled gelatine to the cheese mixture.

    Fold in Cool Whip and put in greased jello mold.

    Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Serve with fresh fruit.
