- 4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. herb stuffing
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
Directions

1Arrange chicken breasts on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cover chicken with cheese.

3Mix soup with water and spread over cheese. Combine herb stuffing with melted butter, mix with fork until stuffing is saturated with butter.

4Spread on top of soup.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, covered.

6Remove cover last 15 to 20 minutes.
