- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 large tub Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix Knox gelatine in cold water; set aside.

2Boil crushed pineapple with sugar.

3Set aside.

4Cream cream cheese with Marshmallow Creme.

5Set aside.

6Put gelatine and pineapple together; bring to a boil, then add to cheese and Marshmallow Creme mixture.

7Beat at low speed.

8Put in refrigerator until it sets, then add Cool Whip.

9Beat until all mixed.

10Put in a dish and refrigerate.

11If you want, sprinkle with nuts and cherries. It looks nice.
