- 1 lb. abalone
- 1 lb. sea scallops
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 x flour, all-purpose
- 1 slices lemon optional
Directions

1Put into food processor.

2Process until well ground.

3Remove abalone.

4Add scallops to processor and grind well.

5Combine abalone, scallops, egg and salt.

6Shape into flat patties.

7In a skillet, heat oil and butter.

8Dip patties in flour.

9Shake off excess.

10Fry quickly, a minute or less, per side.

11If desired, serve with lemon slices.
