- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 3 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 pie shells (9-inch)
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Beat eggs slightly.

3Mix together sugar, water and flour in large bowl.

4Continue to mix adding eggs, vinegar, margarine and pecans.

5Pour into pie shells and cook for 1 hour.

6Cool completely.

7Makes 2 pies.
