  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

    Put all ingredients in blender or food processor until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes, until set. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
