  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk (optional)
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white rice

    In saucepan over medium heat bring water, oil and coconut milk to a boil.

    Add salt and rice, reduce heat to low and cook covered until water absorbed, about 25 minutes.
