- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can salmon
- 1 can English peas
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan over very low heat.

2Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper.

3Add milk all at once.

4Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.

5Add salmon and peas.
