  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk

    Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.

    Place margarine in a saucepan with the water and bring to a boil.

    Combine eggs and buttermilk to margarine, then pour into flour mixture.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.
