  • 1/2 ounce brandy
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 teaspoon kummel
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • Iced club soda
  • Cucumber peel, 2 inches long, 1/2 inch wide

    Put wine, brandy, bitters, kummel, sugar, and lemon juice into a tall 14-ounce glass. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add a splash of soda and enough ice to fill the glass. Stir. Garnish with cucumber peel.
