- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup unprocessed natural bran
- 2 1/2 cups raisins (optional)

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2In a small bowl, combine flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and baking soda; set aside.
