Ingredients
- 1 cup very warm water
- 2 14 teaspoons fast rising yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 12 cups spelt flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast, olive oil & molasses in water.

2Let foam 5 minutes.

3Stir in salt.

4Then slowly add the flours until dough forms a ball that is slightly sticky.

5Place on a floured surface and knead until dough is smooth and elastic.

6Cover and let rise 20 minutes.

7Roll out to desired pan size and thickness.

8You may want to let rise slightly again, depending on desired crust thickness.
