- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

3Add milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.

4Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 1 minute.

5Shape dough into 12 balls.

6Place in an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.

7Flatten dough slightly.

8Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
