- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. soft margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. whole wheat flour
- 4 c. white flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Combine margarine, molasses, honey and salt.

3Mix well.

4Add yeast mixture.

5Gradually add flour.

6Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth.

7Place in greased bowl and let rise until double.

8Punch down.

9Let dough rest a few minutes.

10Shape into 4 loaves.

11Place in greased bread pans.

12Let rise about 1 hour.

13Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 loaves.
