- 7 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. warm water
- 5 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Heat flour in mixing bowl.

2While flour is heating, dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water with the honey.

3Dissolve molasses in 1 cup warm water.

4Add yeast and honey to flour (after flour is heated).

5Add salt to warm water.

6Mixture should be gooey.

7Put in pans.

8Fill pans between 1/3 and 1/2 full of dough.

9Let rise about 1 hour.

10Put in oven (375°) for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 loaves, 4 inches to 8 inches.
