- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. cold milk
Directions

1Mix flour with cinnamon and soda in bowl.

2Cut in margarine and cheese with pastry blender until crumbly.

3Add mixture of egg and milk.

4Mix with flour until mixture forms ball.

5Shape by teaspoonfuls into sticks.

6Place 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Yields 24 breadsticks.
