- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup skim milk (1 or 2 percent works fine)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

3In a large mixing bowl,sift together flour, sugar,& baking powder.

4Blend in the peanut butter& oil.

5Add egg& milk.

6Mix well.

7Pour into prepared pan.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes,or until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.

9Serve warm or cooled.

10Freezes well.
