Ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 packets (1/4 oz. each) active dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. white flour
Directions

1In 2-quart bowl, combine water, yeast, oil and salt.

2Stir. Add flour (whole wheat first), one cup at a time, until it forms a ball that can be kneaded.

3Knead for 2 minutes.

4Return dough to bowl and coat with small amount of oil.

5Cover with cloth and let stand to rise in a warm place until doubled in size (20 to 30 minutes).

6Spread into 12 x 18-inch oiled cookie sheet.

7Top with tomato sauce and favorite toppings.

8Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
