- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients; gradually add egg yolks and milk.

2Beat on low speed; add oil.

3Batter will be very thin.

4Beat hard for a couple of minutes, then fold in beaten egg whites.

5If recipe is doubled, add only 3 eggs.
